Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, unworn and with any Archive Luxury tags or security tags still attached.

Please take care when trying on garments. We may make a deduction from a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, where permitted by applicable consumer law.

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

If an item arrives damaged, is materially not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
